
Oh yes, my best tool since I started dieting has always been this site. And I'm sure you've come across this site whilst looking up calories!
I might even be in love with it. Here's why:
When you create an account there (and you can make it as discrete or out there as you like), you get a calorie coach / nutritionist! Yay!
After filling out your information, they estimate when your target will be reached, and based off your updating of calories and weight the calorie coach updates this!

To fill in your calories, all you need to to is search the item and them select the value after clicking add to food log.

My favourite part? Well, being an extreme dieter, I always neglect nutrients... so my skin goes dull and I go weak... it's no good! Not if you want to be sexy skinny, not junkie looking...

So it breaks down what you've eaten to tell you the fiber, vitamins, calcium, carbs... everything you could find in food really!

And a little meter! that lets you know how much you have had... In my opinion the only flaw is that it only lets you go as low as 1200 for your calories/day goal... JUST GO AHEAD AND IGNORE THAT! he he :)
